Bob
has over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry. At
Seix Advisors, he is responsible for managing the business activities and
strategic direction of the firm, allowing the investment teams to remain
focused on investing. Before joining Seix Advisors in 1996, he was Senior
Vice President and Director of Marketing & Client Service
at Daiwa International Capital Management , with responsibility for all
North American business activities for this $26 billion global manager.
Prior to that, Bob was the Director of Marketing at Pine Tree Capital
and a Vice President of Institutional Marketing at Abel/Noser Corp. Bob
received a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Joined Seix Advisors 2008, Industry experience since 1982
Jim
is Chief Investment Office and leads the High Grade division. Jim has general
management responsibilities for the investment teams and specific portfolio
manager responsibilities within the High Grade division and joined Seix Advisors
in 2008. Prior to joining Seix, Jim was Head of Investment Grade Corporate & High Yield Bond Management for American Century Investments.
In this role he was responsible for managing this top-performing division
including portfolio management, strategy, credit research and trading.
Prior to this, Jim was Chief Investment Officer at Westmoreland Capital
Management and Managing Director of High Grade and High Yield Fixed Income
at UBS Global Asset Management. At UBS he was Chairman of the Investment
Strategy and Credit Policy Committee and directly responsible for management
of a number of highly ranked funds. He received the Lipper Performance
Achievement Certificate for #1 Ranking in 1996 and The Wall Street Journal's
Mutual Fund Scorecard Top 15 Performers in 1997 & 1998. Earlier in
his career he was Director of Research, Chairman of the Credit Strategy
Committee and GIC Credit Committee at Bankers Trust. Jim received a B.S.
degree from St. Francis College and an M.B.A. degree from Fordham University.
Jim has more than 25 years of investment management experience.
Joined Seix Advisors 1997, Industry Experience since 1985
Michael
McEachern came to Seix in 1997, and has served as Senior High Yield Portfolio
Manager since product inception. Before joining Seix, he was Vice President of
American General Corporation, where he was responsible for all Corporate and
Mortgage-Backed Trading and Management for $28 billion in fixed income assets.
Prior to that, he established the High Yield Bond Division at Capital Holding
Corporation, where he generated superior returns on High Yield portfolios. Mike
began his career as a credit analyst and brings more than 17 years of fixed income
management experience to the firm. He received a B.A. in Operations Research
from the University of California and an M.B.A. in Accounting / Public Administration
from Rice University.
High Grade
Joined Seix Advisors 1999, Industry Experience since 1986
Perry is a Senior Portfolio Manager with a focus on Governments and a member
of the Seix Investment Policy Group. Before joining Seix in 1999, he was a Portfolio
Manager at GRE Insurance Group, where he managed Investment Grade portfolios
as well as introduced a state-of-the-art portfolio analytics system. Prior to
that, he was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Home Insurance Company. Perry
began his career as an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Company. He received a
B.S. degree in Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College and an M.B.A.
in Finance from New York University. Perry has over 20 years of experience in
the investment management industry.
Joined Seix Advisors 2000, Industry Experience since 1995
Adrien is an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager focused on Global Corporate
and Sovereign debt. Before joining Seix in 2000, Adrien was a Vice President
and Senior Fixed Income Analyst at Conning Asset Management where he was responsible
for managing $6 billion in fixed income assets. He built an excellent record
in managing both Investment Grade and High Yield portfolios and began his career
as a Research Analyst at Conning. Adrien received a B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude
from the University of Missouri.
Joined Seix Advisors 2007, Industry Experience since 1986
Michael is a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager focused on Securitized Assets.
He is also a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group. Before joining Seix,
Michael was an ABS Portfolio Manager at AIG Global Investment, where he managed
a $54 billion ABS portfolio covering the full rating spectrum. Prior to that,
he was a MBS portfolio manager at AIG Global Investment, where he managed the
Non-agency Senior Residential MBS Portfolio, the Adjustable Rate Senior Mortgage
Portfolio and the International AAA Residential MBS Portfolio. Michael began
his career at SunAmerica Investments where he managed the Residential MBS Portfolio
including all Agency MBS and CMO's, as well as Senior Private Label Securities.
Michael received an A.B. degree Cum Laude in Mathematics from Dartmouth College
and has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry.
Joined Seix Advisors 2005, Industry Experience since 1994
Seth is focused on research and oversight for all Emerging Market and Non-Dollar
investments. Before joining Seix, he was a Director and Fundamental Strategist
for Emerging Markets at Citgroup/Salomon Smith Barney where he was responsible
for economic and political analysis for a wide range of emerging markets country
exposures. Seth received a B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Columbia University.
Joined Seix Advisors 2001, Industry Experience since 1987
Carlos is a seasoned Senior Investment Analyst
focused on Global Credit. He joined Seix in 2001 from the Royal Bank of Canada
Dominion Securities, where he was Vice President of Global Banking Energy Group,
and was responsible for rating agency relationships on all High Yield originations.
Previously, Carlos was Director and Group Leader of Standard & Poor’s Oil and Gas Corporate Ratings team.
Carlos was responsible for the ratings of Independent Oil and Gas producers, Refiner & Marketers,
and Oilfield Service companies. In addition he led the Corporate Rating’s input into rating decisions for
certain Sovereign and selected project finance ratings. Prior to joining the rating agency,
Carlos was a commercial banker having served in different analytical and lending relationship manager
capacities as an officer at Credit Suisse US and First Fidelity (precursor to First Union and Wachovia Banks).
Specifically at Credit Suisse, Carlos worked on the setting of credit limit exposure to large national
credits in a variety of industries as well as the establishment of limits to the brokerage names. At First
Fidelity, Carlos’ initial credit training included rigorous classroom training and, after completion
of rotations through several bank lending departments, analytical and lending assignments in the
middle market and International Divisions. Carlos received a B.S. degree Magna Cum Laude from
Rutgers University, and received M.B.A. degrees in Finance (with concentration in International Business) &
Accounting (with concentration in Financial Statement Analysis) from New York University Stern School of Business.
Joined Seix Advisors 2007, Industry Experience since 1998
Scott is an experienced investment analyst.
Before joining Seix in 2007, Scott was previously a Research and Underwriting
Director at TIAA-CREF Asset Management where he was responsible for analysis
of MBS & ABS securities and investment
recommendations for TIAA portfolios. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director
of the Credit Research Group at TIAA. He was responsible for fundamental credit
analysis including financial modeling and earning and cash flow projections for
the firm’s corporate bond portfolio. In addition, he was responsible for analysis
of the Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Utilities, Home Building, Capital Goods Industries.
He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude, and
an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Joined Seix Advisors 2008, Industry Experience since 1992
Claudia is an experienced investment analyst. Before joining Seix,
Claudia was previously a Senior VP & Fixed Income Analyst at Halbis Capital Management USA where she was
responsible for independent fundamental credit analysis and relative value analysis of debt and credit
default swaps in the Financial Services sector. Prior to that, she was a Vice President in Global Credit
Research at American International Group where she analyzed and evaluated credit profiles of US and foreign
banks and financial institutions. Earlier in her career, she was a Director in Global Credit Research at the
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Claudia received a B.A. degree in Economics from Rutgers College and
an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
High Yield
Joined Seix Advisors in 2001, Industry Experience since 1986
George is a senior member of the High Yield group, leads the firm's Bank Loan
group, and also serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He joined Seix in 2001
and has over 20 years of experience. George has extensive experience covering
the Telecom and Cable industries and is well known on both the sell side and
buy side of the business. Because of his deep and extensive background, in
addition to covering the Telecom and Cable Industries from a research perspective,
he has portfolio management responsibilities in both traditional high yield
bonds and high yield bank loans. Prior to joining Seix he was a Senior High
Yield Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities and was a member of Institutional
Investor's 2nd highest ranked high yield team. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan,
he developed and published proprietary High Yield research used by major Fixed
Income firms throughout the industry. Prior to that, he was an Associate in
financial reporting for J.P. Morgan, focused on developing financial tools
to monitor risk based capital. George received both a B.S. degree in Finance
and Accounting, and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from New York University.
Joined Seix Advisors 2003, Industry Experience since 2000
Brian is a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Senior
High Yield Research Analyst covering both Healthcare and Utilities. Before joining
Seix, he was a High Yield Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Global High Yield
Research. Brian was a member of the Institutional Investor Health Care
Research Team, ranked #1 for three consecutive years, and held responsibility
for covering the Health Care sector, and generating long/short capital
structure ideas for the trading desk's proprietary portfolio. He was
an active member of Morgan Stanley's Capital Markets Team, providing
research reports and conducting due diligence reviews. In addition he
handled over $4 billion in High Yield transactions. Brian received a
B.A. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
He was awarded the Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Virginia
Medical School and has published research in the Journal of Allergy & Clinical
Immunology.

Michael is a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Senior
High Yield Research Analyst covering Leisure, Gaming, and Insurance. Prior to joining the
firm in 2002, Michael was a Senior Analyst with Oppenheimer Funds, Inc.,
covering the Telecommunications and Cable industries. He was previously
Vice President and Associate Director of Research at BNY Capital Markets,
Inc., where he held responsibility for the Telecommunications and Consumer
Related industries. His analyses were frequently used in forecasting
earnings, researching
"special situations", and publishing. Michael began his career at
Mendham Capital Group as a Managing Partner in High Yield Research, where he
focused on Consumer Related industries and an analysis of internal operating
methods. Michael received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University
of Delaware, School of Engineering and an M.B.A. degree from Rutgers University.
Joined Seix Advisors 2001, Industry Experience since 1983
Biron is Head of the Seix High Yield Research Team in addition to being
a Senior High Yield Research Analyst. An industry veteran with a quarter-century
of related experience, Biron covers the Chemicals, Energy, and Paper industries.
He joined Seix in 2001 as a Research Analyst. Before joining Seix, Biron was
a High Yield and Private Equity Analyst at W.R. Huff Asset Management, specializing
in Chemicals, Energy and related industries. His expertise was critical in
the analysis of coal companies, petroleum refiners and other types of energy
firms. He was also a key member of a special team to assess changes in
long distance telecommunication and e-commerce. Prior to that he was a
Chemist and Industry Analyst at Lonza, Inc., where he identified and developed
new markets for existing chemistries and new technology platforms. Biron
is widely published on the economics of both the Chemical and Electronics
industries. Biron received a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Northwestern
University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Joined Seix Advisors 1997, Industry Experience since 1994
James has senior management responsibilities for High Yield and Bank Loan
trading at Seix. Upon joining Seix in 1997 with a broad background in fixed
income analysis and trading, James was an Analyst in the Seix Mortgage Backed
Securities group. Later he joined the High Yield Group as a Trader eventually
becoming a Senior Trader and Co-Director of the team. Prior to joining Seix,
James was with Prudential Securities, where he handled Corporate, Government
and Mortgage trades as well as settlement and portfolio administration. James
received a B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware and is
a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Joined Seix Advisors 2002, Industry Experience since 1982
Raymond is a seasoned High Yield Research Analyst with over 25 years of industry
experience with deep experience in the Auto industry. He covers Construction,
Finance, Industrials, Transports and Autos. Prior to joining Seix, he was a
High Yield Analyst with W. R. Huff Asset Management. As a recognized specialist
in Capital Goods, Environmental and Chemical Industries, he developed proprietary
modelling and scenario-testing systems to analyze companies and industries.
Earlier in his career, he was a Manager of Business Analysis at Cambrex Corporation
and a Business and Planning Analyst at Hoechst Celanese Corporation. He began
his career as a Process Engineer at Allied Chemical Corp. Raymond received
a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering
and an M.B.A. degree from Rutgers University. Raymond is a Chartered Financial
Analyst.

Vince is an experienced High Yield Research Analyst. Before joining Seix
he was the Director of Research for Assurant, Inc., covering the Telecommunications,
Cable / Media, Utility, and Broadcasting industries. He was instrumental in
building and maintaining a proprietary credit database of in-house credit
opinions on specific industries and credits. Vince began his career at TD
Securities as a Senior High Yield Research Analyst, where his focus was on
US and Canadian wireless carriers. Vince received a B.S. degree in Finance
from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst.
Joined Seix Advisors 2007, Industry Experience since 1996
Brian is an experienced Research Analyst covering a number of industries
including Software and Food/Beverages Manufacturers. Before joining Seix
with over a decade of investment research experience, Brian was a Senior
High Yield Analyst with Credit Suisse. In this role he performed High Yield
credit analysis for portfolios totaling approximately $1 billion. He developed
investment recommendations including relative value and capital structure
opportunities, and assisted portfolio managers with sector allocation and
portfolio construction. Prior to that, he was both a High Yield and Tax-Exempt
Credit Analyst at Oppenheimerfunds, Inc. where he performed credit analysis
of High Yield securities for funds totaling over $7 billion. Brian has also
held analyst positions at Eaton Vance, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Prudential
Healthcare. He received a B.S. degree in Management from the University of
the West Indies and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance from
Howard University. Brian is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the
CFA Institute and NYSSA.

Ania is an experienced Research Analyst responsible for research in the Aerospace,
Defense and Consumer Retail industries. Prior to joining the firm, she was
the primary Utilities/Energy Analyst for a portfolio management group managing
a $28 billion domestic loan portfolio at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, she
was a Corporate Banking Associate at JP Morgan. Ania received a B.S. degree
in Finance from DePaul University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Andrea is a Senior Analyst and joined Seix after gaining experience as a
High Yield Research Analyst with Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley.
Her impressive industry experience includes Institutional Investor's recognition as a
highly ranked Energy Analyst during her tenure with Bear Stearns where she was also
responsible for maintaining projection models and written research on 30 companies
in the coverage universe. At Morgan Stanley she was a Corporate Banking Associate
responsible for Y2K integration testing for global corporate treasury (NY, London,
Hong Kong & Tokyo Offices). Andrea received a B.A. degree in Economics from
Union College and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Cornell University.

Joined Seix Advisors 2004, Industry experience since 1991
Eric is responsible for the firm's activities with structured products
and has over 15 years of experience. Before joining Seix, he was formerly
Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Director of MBIA Asset Management Corp.
At MBIA he was part of a group of four portfolio managers hired to establish
an investment management subsidiary for MBIA. He was responsible for managing
all of MBIA's external institutional assets (totaling over $10 billion)
including asset/liability portfolios and constrained accounts. Prior to
his tenure at MBIA, he was a portfolio manager and trader at Kidder Peabody & Co.,
Inc. He was also a visiting professor at New York University, School of
Continuing Education. Eric received a B.S. degree in Economics from Binghamton
University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Deirdre is a seasoned legal professional and
serves as the firm's Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Seix,
she was the former Director of Legal Services at Resources Global Professionals
for the New York Tri-State area where she created and developed the legal services
practice from inception and negotiated and drafted service agreements with new
and existing clients. Previously, Deirdre was Counsel at Thacher Proffitt & Wood
LLP in New York City. Her tenure there included representing financial institutions,
lenders, pension funds, etc. in wide range of distressed situations. She also
represented financial institutions and other investors in joint-venture and private
placement transactions and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a wide variety of
commercial agreements. Deirdre received a B.S. degree in Accountancy from New
Mexico State University and a J.D. from New York Law School. Deirdre has been
admitted to practice in NJ, NY, DNJ, SDNY, and EDNY.
Joined Seix Advisors 2006, Industry experience since 1993
Atul leads the firm’s Quantiative Analysis efforts. Before joining Seix with
12 years of investment experience, Atul was Vice President of CDO Management
at New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM) where he was responsible for
structuring, modeling and performing ongoing analytics for NYLIM’s six CDOs.
Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Analyst responsible for modeling NYLIM’s
Fixed Income portfolios. Earlier in his career, he was at CSFB as an Associate
in the Fixed Income Trading Technology group. Atul received a B.Tech. degree
from the Indian Institute of Technology and both an M.B.A. degree and a M.S.
degree from New York University.

Daman is a CDO Analyst. Prior to joining
Seix, Daman was a CDO Associate in the Alternative Products - CDO group at
BlackRock Financial Management. His responsibilities included monitoring & verifying fund compliance with investment
guidelines, reviewing trustee reports to ensure accuracy, and verifying that
all monthly activity, trading/rating actions/payments were being captured correctly
by the trustee. In addition, he was responsible for insuring all limitation & quality
tests were being accurately calculated. Prior to BlackRock, Daman was a CDO
Analyst with the Corporate Trust Services - Structured Finance Group at Bank
of New York. Daman received a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Rutgers
University.

Joined Seix Advisors 2008, Industry Experience since 1985
Mark is a senior member of the firm's Client Service and Marketing group
with responsibility for a number of client relationships. Before joining
Seix in 2008, Mark was a Senior Consultant at Evaluation Associates. This
followed experience in London as Head of Client Service and then Head of
International at Insight Investment, the $200B asset management arm of
HBOS Plc. and Head of Institutions (UK) at Lazard Asset Management. Before
moving to London, Mark was Head of the Endowment & Foundation client
service group at Wellington Management Company. Earlier in his career,
Mark was a Managing Director at Clay Finlay Inc. and was a Senior Consultant
for nearly a decade at Rogers, Casey and SEI. Mark received a B.S. degree
in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and an M.B.A. degree
from Babson College. Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the investment
management industry.

John is a Senior Product Specialist within the firm's Alternatives Group.
Before joining Seix, he was Director of Marketing & Client Service at Satellite Asset Management, L.P.
a large multi-strategy hedge fund. Prior to that, John served for four years as Director of Marketing and
Client Service within the Fund of Hedge Funds Group at Citigroup Alternative Investments.
This followed eight years of experience as an institutional marketer for PIMCO Equity Advisors and Oppenheimer Capital.
Earlier in his career, John worked in the investment real estate industry for Paine Webber Properties, Inc.
and also a privately held company. John received a B.S. degree from Villanova University and holds an M.B.A.
degree from Columbia University.
Joined Seix Advisors 2004, Industry Experience since 1971
Charlie joined Seix in 2004 when Seix merged with Trusco Capital Management.
Charlie held several positions at Trusco including Co-head of Fixed income Strategy
and Head of Fixed Income Management. He was responsible for major fixed income
relationships and managed core fixed income funds in the STI Classic Fund complex,
with overall responsibility for over $10 billion. Prior to Trusco, Charlie was
Vice-President, Treasurer and Head of Fixed Income at Integon Insurance Corp.
in Winston-Salem, NC, where he worked for 16 years. Charlie is a Chartered Financial
Analyst, and graduated from Guilford College in 1969 where he was a Dana Scholar,
receiving a B.S. degree in Mathematics. Charlie is based in the firm’s Atlanta
office.

Ellen is a seasoned investment professional
involved with High Yield portfolios. Before joining Seix, Ellen was a Partner
and Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Weiss, Peck & Greer where she managed over $1.5 billion in Fixed Income
Assets and was a Senior Member of the Investment Policy Committee. Prior to that,
she was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Manager of Economic Analysis at
International Paper Company. Ellen began her career as an Economist at Townsend-Greenspan & Co.,
Inc. She received a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University and a
M.A. in Economics from Columbia University. Ellen is a Chartered Financial Analyst
with over 30 years of investment experience.
Joined Seix Advisors 2002, Industry Experience since 1982
Tom is a veteran fixed income professional with over 25 years of investment experience
and is involved with High Grade portfolios. Prior to joining Seix, Tom was Director
of Asset Management at Ryan Labs, for 7 years where he managed over $1 billion
in fixed income assets along with supervisory control over compliance, client
servicing and economic research. Before his tenure at Ryan Labs, Tom was a Portfolio
Manager at AMBAC, Inc., and a trader for a variety of New York State thrift institutions.
He is the author of numerous monthly market commentaries, in-depth research reports,
and white papers. Tom received a B.F.A. degree from the New York Institute of
Technology and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University with a concentration in Finance.
Joined Seix Advisors 1998, Industry Experience since 1988
Sam is a senior member of the Client Service
and Marketing Team at Seix Advisors and has 20 years of investment management
experience. His marketing responsibilities include calling on institutional plan
sponsors, pension fund consultants, wire house relationships, and acting as a
fixed income product specialist within the SunTrust bank channel. In addition,
Sam maintains client service responsibilities for a number of the firm's large,
institutional relationships including Corporations, Foundations, Endowments,
Public Funds, and Taft Hartley clients. Sam began his career as an Emerging Markets
Associate for JP Morgan & Co. Prior to
joining Seix Advisors he was Vice President of Marketing at Daiwa International
Capital Management, a $26 billion Global Investment Manager. Sam earned his
Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
